What is the rake?

There are many things that make poker the best game to play - more skill, more fun - but the key advantage is that you are up against the other players around the table and, over time, the best players will win as the luck evens out and the skill takes over. The fact that you play online does not change the economics of the casino's operation. There may only be one small building and very few staff, but it costs money to install and maintain the software. Servers have to be paid for to host the games. The advantage is that the costs of virtual operation are significantly less than the real world costs and so the rake percentage is usually lower and capped. However, this makes remembering every player's style more challenging so, when playing multiple tables, using a heads-up display of stats and hand results gives you essential information. So, with these strategies in place, watch the leaderboard and avoid burning out. Even if you do not win the race, you will still get several hundred (or thousand) dollars of rakeback to add to your winnings.

Micro Nero Burning Rom is a great burning suite capable of burning almost anything that you throw at it. The major problem that I had with Nero in the past was that I felt it was to huge and contained to many modules and features that I never used. Only a handful of users surely use included applications like the Nero Waveform Editor, Nero Sipps which offers Voip functionality or Nero Search which is a desktop search application.

A full Nero 8 installation has a size of more than 500 Megabytes on your hard drive, way to much for a software that is needed for just one task: burn media. Nero Micro is ripped versions of Nero that offer a basic functionality only reducing the size of the application tremendously. Nero Micro only contains:

* Nero Burning ROM (with VideoCD Support and MauSau Audio Plug-ins)

* Nero Express

Nero Micro on the other hand is a basic version of Nero Burning Rom with basic Audio / VideoCD support. Everything else that is included normally when installing Nero has been removed by the author.
